Information on the processing of personal data for commercial purposes pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR – general data protection regulation)

Pursuant to art. 13 of legislative decree n. 196/2003, and art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data, below we report the methods and principles underlying the processing of personal data adopted by CASAHOMEWEAR at:

Data collection methods

1a) Navigation data

The computer systems and computer programs used to operate the website www.casahomewear.com of CasaHomeWear srl collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of normal Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users, the URI - Uniform Resource Identifier - addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code regarding the status of the response made by the server - successful completion , error, etc. - and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment), as well as data and information regarding the methods used to navigate the site, such as information relating to finalized or partially completed purchases. completed (e.g. product categories visited, product placement in the cart, purchase not completed, etc.). 2) Purpose of the processing

More specifically, your personal data is processed:

2a) without your express consent (art. 24 letter a), b), c) Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Purposes:

- fulfill the pre-contractual and contractual obligations deriving from commercial relationships to be established with the interested party;

- conclude sales contracts for CHW products;

- conclude contracts for the supply of products and services in favor of CasaHomeWear srl;

- fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing commercial relationships with you;

- fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as for example in the field of anti-money laundering);

- exercise the rights of the Data Controller, for example the right of defense in court;

2b) Only with your specific and distinct consent (articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and article 7 of the GDPR), for the following Marketing Purposes:

- send you via e-mail, post and/or text message and/or telephone contacts, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products or services offered by CHW  And

- send you requests for information or carry out surveys to detect the degree of satisfaction with the quality of services;

- send you commercial and/or promotional communications from third parties via e-mail, post and/or text message and/or telephone contacts.

We inform you that in your capacity as customers or suppliers, we may send you commercial communications relating to products and services of the Owner similar to those you have already used, unless you disagree (art. 130 c. 4 Privacy Code). In any case, we inform you that you can object to any future sending of such communications by sending a request to privacy@casahomewear.com .

3) Nature of providing data and consequences of refusing to respond

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.a) is mandatory and in case of refusal to provide them, the purposes referred to in point 2) cannot be followed up.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.b) is instead optional. You can therefore decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, you will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material relating to the Services offered by the Data Controller. You will however continue to be entitled to the Services referred to in point 2a).

4) Treatment Methods

The data processing will take place by personnel appointed by CHW with procedures, technical and IT tools suitable to protect the confidentiality and security of your data and consists of their collection, registration, organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection , extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, diffusion, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the aforementioned activities.

As part of its activity and for the purposes indicated above, CasaHomeWear srl may make use of services provided by third parties who operate on its behalf and according to its instructions, as data controllers.

Therefore, in the management of your data they may be communicated to the following categories of internal appointees (employees) and/or external managers appointed in writing and to whom specific written instructions have been given:

- Employees of the undersigned company;

- Specialized companies that provide processing or instrumental services (e.g. consumer service, IT services for the operation of the site), their employees and collaborators, as external representatives or managers;

- Professionals or service companies for business administration and management who operate on behalf of CasaHomeWear srl

5) Retention period

All the aforementioned data and the others constituting your service status will be retained even after the termination of the commercial relationship for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the aforementioned commercial relationship, in compliance with the legal provisions envisaged for administrative and fiscal obligations as well as relating to the conservation of commercial correspondence. For the marketing purposes set out in point 2b), no later than 10 years from data collection or from the last update of the relevant data. In the absence of any update of the data within the aforementioned deadline, the data will be deleted from our archives. Your information will not be disseminated.

6) Rights of the interested party

In addition to the above, we inform you that due to the current regulatory provisions as indicated above you have the right to:
