How to make use of the "right of withdrawal" option.

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

How to return products following the "right of withdrawal"

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to return the product within 14 days from the date on which the customer communicated the withdrawal.

First of all, the Customer must return the products intact, in the same conditions in which they were received by the Customer, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

It will be the customer's responsibility to contact a courier to ship the products, adequately protected by the original packaging, to be returned to the following address:

Return fees will be charged to the customer.

    Refund of the price of the products following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

    Once the returned products have been received and their conditions have been verified, Casahomewear will, within the legal deadline of 14 days, refund the price paid by the customer for the goods for which the right of withdrawal was exercised. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction. Any original shipping costs for the product will not be refunded.

    IMPORTANT: in case of exercising the right of withdrawal, to obtain a refund of the purchase price of the products, it is necessary for the customer to return the products to Casahomewear intact with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Products returned to Casahomewear not in compliance with the conditions indicated above will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without giving any refund, at the same time charging them for the transport and delivery costs of the products themselves.

    It is understood that the right of withdrawal does not apply if tailor-made or personalized products have been purchased.

    How to return products that may not comply with the contract

    The customer must first communicate the lack of conformity by sending an explicit declaration via registered mail, certified e-mail or e-mail to:

    indicating the identification data of the purchase made, the defect found, your personal data, the order number, and the data relating to the receipt or invoice issued by the Seller which the Customer is required to keep and which will be requested in case of operation of the guarantee in order to allow the operation of the guarantee. The Customer must also attach photographic documentation of the defect found.

    The defect must exist at the time of delivery, any form of guarantee for defects of conformity which arise following incorrect use of the Products being excluded.

    The customer will agree with Casahomewear on the methods for returning the product.
